Currently for our headquarter in Poland located in Łódź we are looking for:
ACCOUNT PAYABLE SPECIALIST WITH TURKISH
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Accurate and timely verification and booking of supplier documents
· Verifying that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
· Manage discrepancies resolution and issue invoices and debit note and manage a credit control for the supplier
· Preparing batches of invoices for data entry
· Data enter invoices for payment
· PO handling , invoicing and Payment
· Supporting month-end and quarter -end close processes
· Identifying potential process improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
· Fluent Turkish
· Good English or Polish
· Good knowledge of MS Office Pack, especially Excel
· Being result oriented, flexible, team player
· Fast learning
· Strong analytical skills.
