• conducting external and internal recruitment processes;
• daily cooperation with job portals, preparing and posting job advertisements;
• contacting and cooperating with management team and departments regarding recruitment processes;
• active cooperation with universities and career offices, organization and participation in job fairs;
• preparing reports and presentations within recruitment area;
• organizing trainings and events;

• very good knowledge of English (speaking and writing);
• min 1 year experience in conducting recruitment processes;
• good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
• time management, ability to work under time pressure, flexibility;
• customer-focus, very good communication skills;
• knowledge of polish labor law will be an advantage;
