Opis stanowiska
s an Analyst (F&A) in AR Department, you will support the team in their everyday activities and participate in following tasks:
Meet and comply with Conduent procedures and policies
Meet the service quality targets set by the supervisor
Meet all SLAs at a country and team level
Collaborate on Michelin department activities to ensure deliverables are completed within the set deadlines
Share experience and knowledge with other team members to increase the quality of performance
Follow the backup structure
Manage portfolio of assigned accounts
Respond to e-mail/phone inquiries in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner following adapted procedures
Provide information/data, support payment allocation, clearings and compensations processes
Comply with Calendar of activities for portfolio assigned
Execute unallocated cash analysis and investigations
Support process analysis to identify possible process improvements
