- Responding to phone/e-mail inquiries
- Logging customers callas and communicating appropriate options for resolution, use escalation path if necessary
- Gathering information from the caller
- Investigating to resolve the problem and communicate solution
- Collaborate to departmental activities to ensure completion of deliverables within deadlines
- Support process analysis to identify possible improvements
- Participate in the implementation of internal initiatives
