As a TA Coordinator, you will be responsible for
- Proactively support TA team in their daily tasks
- Full organization of job interview between candidates and business members of Royal Philips
- Scheduling business interviews directly in the Outlook of interviewers
- Confirming the interview to candidates
- Book and arrange all facilities like rooms on location and skype connections
- Continuous elaboration with recruiters in planning the interviews as quickly as possible
- Deliver administrative support in organizing recruitment events on campus
Wymagania
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Student of at least II year of studies
- Fluent English (both orally and in writing)
- Knowledge of any other European language will be an asset (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Russian)
- Computer literacy (MS Windows, MS office) is essential
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload
- Personal integrity when handling confidential information
