Opis stanowiska

You’ll join E-Sourcing team, as a part of Sourcing & Capability building team, is supporting the category purchasers by setting up sourcing events through the Ariba platform. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Creating RFx and e-auctions in the e-sourcing system platform (Ariba) 
  • Supporting best practices capture and e-tools utilization to enable the most efficient sourcing process 
  • Facilitation of e-contracts creation and compliance in the global e-contract system 
  • Supporting best practice e-sourcing processes (e.g. translate eventual new e-sourcing opportunities into a Nordea context) 
  • The role is based in Łódź. 

Sourcing & Capability team is a team consist of people from different countries (Denmark, Sweden, Poland) who work in close cooperation with stakeholders and customers all around the world.

Your profile and background: 

  • Ms Office (especially Excel) - excellent 
  • Professional level of English  
  • Ariba system knowledge - will be an asset 
  • Proactivity
