Opis stanowiska
Support all new employees joining Philips in Łódź regarding all IT related issues: preparing and setting up computers, launching different applications, answering to doubts and questions. You will be a part of the international IT Support Team.
You are responsible for:
Supporting an onboarding process from an IT perspective
Preparing IT equipment and setting it up
Launching all the necessary applications
Giving support to all IT related issues
Collaborating on a daily basis with IT team
Wymagania
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Student of at least 2nd year of studies (ideally, related to IT)
Fluent English (at least B2)
Computer literacy (Windows configuration) is essential
Availability to work at least 25-30h/ week
Resistance to stress
Empathy
Customer centric orientation
