Support your colleagues from the United States, being a person in charge of e-filing all HR related documents. If you are an organized and detail oriented person, this is a perfect position for you!
You are responsible for
E-filling – digital files uploading
New cases distribution
Answering some basic queries of the employees

The Philips People Services Center Europe international team based in Łódź, Poland, supporting with administrative and payroll services 8 European countries: United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Russia, and Poland. Philips People Services (PPS) is the Human Resources Shared Services organization of Philips. A team of HR professionals is delivering HR Services to Philips employees and managers at all stages of the career cycle. PPS delivers cost-effective people services by leveraging economies of scale, standardizing processes and simplifying the ways of working, while delivering superior HR experiences by listening and acting on our customers’ feedback.
Wymagania
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Student of at least 2nd year of studies
Fluent English is a must
Computer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office) is essential
Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload
Personal integrity when handling confidential information
