Opis stanowiska
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Work in the department, where you will learn the process of transport goods across the globe, participate in freight audit invoices, generating and improving reports, daily contact with vendors, forwarders and much more.
You are a part of
Transport Team of approx. 25, which takes care of import and export processes of our medical devices, collaborating closely with our other sites across the globe.
You are responsible for
Preparing daily meetings (lean daily management boards)
Excel master data for transport orders and freight audits
Supporting the transport department with daily tasks
Wymagania
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Ability to work at least 35- 40 h/week
Very good command of English and Polish
Experience in logistics will be an asset
Good numerical ability and analytical skills
Intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge
Problem-solving and result-oriented approach
Engaged, motivated, ambitious, eager to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
Working well individually as well as a part of a team
