In this role, you have the opportunity to
Work in Philips Procurement team that manages and performs sourcing and procurement activities for goods and services for Philips. Procurement Hub acts on behalf of the Philips businesses, handling every step in the purchasing process – from demand analysis to final delivery. Procurement Hub delivers value-added services by leveraging economies of scale, globalizing processes and simplifying the ways of working while delivering superior purchasing experiences by listening and acting on our customers’ feedback.
You are responsible for
Supporting operational activities in the area of procurement process & system
Working with procurement tools
Delivering actionable reports & analysis
Building SharePoint ecosystem using Microsoft Apps, Flow & PowerBI
Working with cross-functional teams
Handling incoming issues, monitor status and drives their resolution. Investigating root causes and proposing solutions
Wymagania
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Student of at least year of studies
Fluent English speaker (Polish is not essential)
Good knowledge of SharePoint and .net programming language
Candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
MS Office applications skills with advanced Excel capability preferred
Engaged in extracurricular activities, like student organizations, clubs, exchange programs or with previous internship/work experience
Working well individually as well as a part of a multicultural team
Interested in working in the procurement area
Engaged, motivated, ambitious, eager to learn and develop skills and knowledge
