Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and review of actuals versus budget versus prior year.
  • Analysis supply chain costs and provide financial information on multi-dimensional components of Supply Chain  drivers.
  • Precalculation and postcalculation on costs.
  • Providing Insight and SG&A Cost Control to global functions (HR, Finance, Pricing, R&D, QA, Customer Care, OSCO) and Finance BPs.
  • Support organizational projects.
  • Preparation of cost center reports.

 

This role is “key” in contributing to cost leadership as a strategic pillar in the organization and therefore it is absolutely required to have:

  • A broad based knowledge of cost accounting and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Versatile and polished communication skills.

Wymagania

Requirements:

  • Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.
  • English business proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Experience in finance with an emphasis on analytics.
  • Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B / food industries.
  • SAP/BO/BI/Microsoft office Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Analytical / hands-on / flexible but even more important very solutions oriented and performance driven to achieve the targets.
