Opis stanowiska

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to drive key C&B processes across Northern Europe. Partnering closely with HR and leadership, you will lead salary reviews and ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (EUPTD). If you are an analytical, Excel-savvy professional ready to shape regional standards, we want to hear from you!

Your responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary contact and business partner for managers and HR teams across 7 Northern European countries, supporting them on salary settings, labor law topics, and general Compensation & Benefits queries.
  • Leading the 7 Annual Salary reviews, benchmarking (utilizing Mercer Total Remuneration Survey data), and salary alignments to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Taking sole responsibility for leading the EUPTD implementation, ensuring compliance and robust structure across all NE countries.
  • Overseeing end-to-end bonus calculations and complex working hour schemes for different employee categories, serving as the go-to expert for internal stakeholders.
  • Partnering with system providers to develop and implement new HR processes, and collaborate closely with Finance on invoicing (such as expat management) and global HR reporting.

Wymagania

Your profile

  • University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, paired with minimum five years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • A true "figure-based person" with a highly structured, organized, and analytical approach to data.
  • Strong Excel skills and deep proficiency in HR systems, with a natural ability to build, follow, and optimize routines.
  • Proven experience managing C&B frameworks, utilizing Mercer Total Remuneration Survey data, and compliance projects (experience with EUPTD is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to confidently align with managers, finance, and global HR stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
