Opis stanowiska

Scop of student internship

As an RPA Process Controller Intern, you will have ownership of the following exact tasks within our digital workforce operations:

  • Independently monitor daily bot schedules and executions via UiPath Orchestrator and Automation Anywhere Control Room to ensure processes run smoothly and on time;
  • Detect failed bot runs, analyze execution logs to identify the root cause (e.g., system timeout, credential issue, or business exception), and decide on immediate next steps (e.g., restart, escalate, or notify the business team);
  • Extract execution logs and data using basic SQL queries. Compile regular performance reports and keep team dashboards updated (e.g., in Power BI or Excel) to track bot utilization, success rates, and saved hours;
  • Support the team in managing virtual machine (VM) health, checking Active Directory (AD) bot credentials, and validating target system access before bots go live;
  • Collaborate with the development team during bot deployments to verify that new releases start correctly in the production environment.

Wymagania

Your profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical or business field;
  • Strong logical reasoning with the ability to spot anomalies in logs, error messages, and system behaviors;
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the confidence to communicate technical issues clearly to developers and business stakeholders alike;
  • Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities during operational peaks, and take ownership of system health monitoring once trained.

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required):

  • Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) architecture (Orchestrator, Control Room, runner environments);
  • Basic knowledge of SAP ERP system enabling to navigate between various modules, investigate issues and support bugfixing;
  • Comfort navigating databases (e.g., executing basic SQL select queries), understanding of files/folder management scripting, and an interest in systems administration;
  • Prior exposure to basic ITIL/IT service management practices (Incident, Problem, and Change Management);
  • Experience or familiarity with scripting languages (such as PowerShell, Python, or VBScript).
