About the role:

Chocolate Academy Chef is responsible for preparing masterclasses for our customers in our Academy and at the customers site as well and for the support of sales team managing our business to grow. He/she need to know the industry and need to know actual trends. 

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering pastry masterclasses and demonstrations

• Organizing schedules, preparing training materials, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for participants.

Providing technical assistance to customers

• Supporting clients with troubleshooting, process optimization, and product-related inquiries to ensure smooth operations.

Developing and customizing recipes

• Creating innovative recipes for booklets, marketing materials, and tailored solutions for clients, aligned with current trends and brand standards.

On-site technical support

• Visiting customer facilities to offer hands-on assistance, training, and guidance on implementing best practices and technologies.

Collaborating with the sales team

• Offering technical expertise during client meetings, supporting product presentations, and contributing to building strong business relationships.

Promoting premium chocolate brands

• Actively representing and educating customers about brands such as Callebaut, Chocovic, and others through workshops, events.

Managing the Callebaut Chocolate Academy

• Overseeing the maintenance and functionality of tools and machinery, ensuring the academy remains a state-of-the-art training environment.

About You:

• At least 3 years’ experience in the industry.
• Knowledge of Chocolate and Cocoa Food Manufacturer Industry.
• Advanced training in confectionary, pastry, ice cream.
• Good knowledge of English language + additional language would be great asset.
• Communicative Polish.
• Needs to work in harmony with whole team.
• Be patient and easy-going during masterclasses and demos.
• Behaving professionally with guest, guest chefs and all company.
• Openess to travel within the region (30-40%).
