Opis stanowiska
Job Description
Trade compliance facilitates international trade in relation to customs handling in such a way that it secures and optimizes the international goods flow between countries by complying (=risk reduction) with local and international (customs) regulations.
Your role:
- Making the import declaration using the correct customs regulations, correct goods code and additional codes within the agreed time frame
- Supporting and advising the business with making a correct export declaration
- Data entry of an export declarations for organizations which do not have this functionality
- Clearance AGS and Transit declarations for the Single Authorization Simplified Procedures
- Administration of the bonded warehouse (BWH) and Inward Processing Relief (IPR)
- Archiving electronically the declaration relevant documentation
- Reporting Intrastat, Extrastat and VAT
Wymagania
You're the right fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous working experience on a similar position
- Fluent English and very good German
- SAP knowledge
- Experience in working with MS office applications
- Attention to details is of high importance
- Ability to work as a part of a team and cooperate within different business stakeholders
