Job Description
Job title:
You will drive supplier quality for printed materials and packaging, ensuring strong performance and reliable delivery from local suppliers. By defining requirements and resolving quality issues, you will directly impact product quality, safety, and compliance.
Your role:
- Managing supplier quality for printed products and packaging, with a primary focus on local suppliers in Germany.
- Defining and implementing quality requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensuring their consistent application at supplier sites.
- Supporting supplier selection, qualification, and audits, as well as managing supplier performance and quality improvements.
- Leading supplier-related quality issues, including root cause analysis and handling SCARs to ensure sustainable solutions.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (Procurement, R&D, Production) to ensure product quality and continuity of supply.
Wymagania
You're the right fit if:
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of supplier quality processes (e.g. SCAR, supplier audits, qualification).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
