Job description

• Oversee the complete employment lifecycle in SAP HCM, including master data maintenance
• Ensure accurate data entry in our recruiting system covering student, direct, and indirect recruiting processes
• Manage the end-to-end student recruiting process for BSH in Germany - from initiation to works council submission
• Prepare standard employment certificates and ensure compliance with documentation requirements across all processes
• Actively contribute to enhancing service quality and driving continuous process improvement within the team
• Collaborate with colleagues across various locations to deliver consistent and high-quality HR services

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in HR administration or a comparable HR function
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication skills in English
• German language proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken) is required
• Confident handling of IT systems with a focus on data quality and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP HCM knowledge is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of German labour law and social security law is a plus
• Process-oriented, structured working style with strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, international team environment
