Job Description

As Customer Order Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Our Supply Chain team that is responsible for supporting sales and managing orders for Health System products for Italian market. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role:

  • Handling quotation process (preparing offers details, verifying price data, preparing documents for customers)
  • Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked
  • Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team
  • Ensure that all parts of a customer orders (from factories and 3rd party suppliers) are correctly listed on the order
  • Collect missing information from the specialists in the sales organization
  • Ensure timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy 

Wymagania

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Master Data, Sales Support/Operations, Customer Service or Finance
  • You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results
  • You have the ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail
  • You are proficient in English language and Italian language (B2 or higher)
  • You have knowledge of SAP or ther ERP and Salesforce (would be an advantage)
