Opis stanowiska

Your role:

  • Receiving POs from customer and Service Engineers for spare parts and processing them in the system
  • Informing customers about delays and interruptions with delivery
  • Providing calculations on customer demands for paid maintenance services and repairs and creating quotes for time and material
  • Creating plans for long-term maintenance (preventive) for installed medical products
  • Contacting customers and business partners by emails and service line

Wymagania

You're the right fit if:

  • Fluent Romanian (C1 level) and very good English (min. B2 level)
  • Professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset
  • Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
  • The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Interpersonal skills required in interactions with internal and external customers
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required
