Your responsibilities
- Manage purchasing documents with accuracy across multiple countries
- Maintain accurate data in ERP, ensuring compliance with procurement standards
- Work closely with buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Drive standardization and continuously seek the most lean and efficient procurement processes
Wymagania
Your profile
- Degree +/- 2 years in procurement/supply chain area (big plus)
- Strong English skills (German = big plus)
- MS Office + ERP (SAP = big plus)
- Curiosity about AI tools and passion for digitalization & process automation
- Proactive, organized and customer-oriented mindset
- Confidence to present results and speak in front of a wider audience
- Work in the office 3 days a week
