Opis stanowiska

Your responsibilities

  • Development of component requirements related to heat pump components
  • Component development: new technologies evaluation, component design, cost analysis, interface definition, complexity analysis and management, risk analysis,
  • Management of cross-functional working group,
  • Organize, support of internal/external simulation activities. Evaluation of the results,
  • Definition of release strategy and necessary test equipment. Test results evaluation,
  • Coordination and follow up activities with strategic external partners (e.g. Suppliers, Tech. Universities),
  • Keeping documentation and reporting related to heat pump components development processes.

Wymagania

Your profile

  • Expert knowledge from Heat Pump & Thermodynamic field,
  • Main focus on heat pump components design and heat transfer processes connected to component design,
  • Experience in managing complex technical systems including application of System Engineering tools & methods,
  • Open minded, with analytical thinking and ability to have holistic view on appliance architecture,
  • Fluent communication in Technical English,
  • High interpersonal skills, focus on teamwork.
