Opis stanowiska
Your responsibilities
- Development of component requirements related to heat pump components
- Component development: new technologies evaluation, component design, cost analysis, interface definition, complexity analysis and management, risk analysis,
- Management of cross-functional working group,
- Organize, support of internal/external simulation activities. Evaluation of the results,
- Definition of release strategy and necessary test equipment. Test results evaluation,
- Coordination and follow up activities with strategic external partners (e.g. Suppliers, Tech. Universities),
- Keeping documentation and reporting related to heat pump components development processes.
Wymagania
Your profile
- Expert knowledge from Heat Pump & Thermodynamic field,
- Main focus on heat pump components design and heat transfer processes connected to component design,
- Experience in managing complex technical systems including application of System Engineering tools & methods,
- Open minded, with analytical thinking and ability to have holistic view on appliance architecture,
- Fluent communication in Technical English,
- High interpersonal skills, focus on teamwork.
