Opis stanowiska
We are looking for a Procurement Business Process Owner – Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) to define and evolve data‑driven supplier processes at Philips.
This role is ideal for a process leader with strong data and master‑data awareness, who enjoys working in complex, global environments.
Your responsibilities
- Own and design end‑to‑end Supplier Lifecycle Management processes
- Define future‑state process vision with strong data foundations
- Lead and develop a team (approx. 5–10 people)
- Drive process adoption and data quality across Procurement
- Support digital and data‑enabled transformation initiatives
- Work closely with Procurement leadership and internal stakeholders
Wymagania
What we are looking for
- Experience in process ownership, transformation, or change management
- Strong understanding of master data / data‑heavy environments
- Ability to simplify complex, data‑driven processes
- Digital mindset and structured way of working
- People leadership experience
- Procurement background is beneficial but not mandatory
