Opis stanowiska
Your role:
- Creating new cases: corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance rise by customers
- Providing calculation on customer demands for paid maintenance services and repairs
- Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineer
- Receiving POs from customer and Service Engineers for spare parts
- Processing POs in the system which ends with an automatic request to the transportation department
- Contacting customers and business partners by phone and emails
Wymagania
You're the right fit if:
- You have some experience within the corporate world (ideally customer service)
- You know Czech and English language on min. C1 level
- You have an analytical mind
- Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
