Opis stanowiska
Join our Order Management team and be responsible for managing orders for Health System products on UKI markets.
Your role:
- Managing complex orders with the use of SAP and other supporting tools
- Being responsible for end-to-end process: order booking, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process
- Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)
- Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
Wymagania
You're the right fit if:
- You have some of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics
- You speak fluent English language (B2 level or higher)
- You have knowledge of SAP - nice to have
- You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills
- You are a team player with good communication skills
