We add value by ensuring that Nordea customers can seamlessly conduct their business by supporting them in settlements processes. As the Process Specialist in ICB Support Team, you’ll play a valuable role in providing the daily services in treasury and payments area to our customers from New York Branch.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handle and process a wide range of treasury products, including payments, trades, FX transactions, and cash movements
  • Position keeping - keeping track of the bank’s position with external banks in various currencies
  • Facilitating transfers between Group USD accounts and the Federal Reserve Bank account
  • Performing various month end / quarter end reporting and reconciliation
  • Actively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level and E2E understanding
  • Perform any specific tasks, instructions, projects, or other duties as required by the department
  • Representing the unit professionally in order to create good reputation of Nordea Working within international environment

You’ll join a high skilled team, collaborate with our stakeholders in the international finance industry and increase your knowledge with the Banking sector. You will be involved in variety of tasks and projects providing high performance for various business areas which create Nordea Future Banking industry.

Your experience and background:

  • Great communication skills in English (spoken and written on professional level)
  • Skilled in managing various systems and good with Microsoft office tools
  • Experience working in an international team spread across multiple countries
  • Experience working with payments or treasury products / business background would be an advantage
  • University degree and previous relevant experience would be an advantage
