Being a Graduate in Risk Management, Compliance & Audit

  • We aim to be the best-performing financial services group in the Nordics accelerated by technology, data and AI.
  • The Risk Management, Compliance & Audit area is central to safeguarding the bank’s integrity and ensure business activities align with laws, regulations and internal standards.
  • Compliance and Risk professionals support ethical conduct and strong governance by embedding controls, monitoring practices and advising the business on legal and regulatory frameworks. Internal audit provides independent assurance on the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes across the organization. Together Risk Management, Compliance & Audit uphold trust, resilience and long-term sustainability in a complex global financial environment.
  • Roles in this area require strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a solid understanding of ethical and regulatory principles. Key skills include the ability to interpret information, assess risks and apply rules in practice, supported by clear communication and collaboration skills.

To be a qualified candidate for the Graduate programme, you have:

  • A Master’s degree ready by 1 September 2026
  • A maximum of 2 years of work experience after Master’s degree
  • Excellent English skills
