Your responsibilities

• Lead verification activities as a Test Team Leader in product development projects.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and document tests.
• Compare and verify functional requirements of appliance across development domains in line with System Engineering methodology.
• Develop new tests using existing and new testing methodologies.
• Plan and coordinate prototype production/builds.
• Close cooperation within international engineering teams working on development of product and engineering changes,
• Release products to serial (mass) production.

• Higher education in a technical area (Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Robotics, Electronics).
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar engineering position (student internship at BSH will also be considered).
• Knowledge of metrology and testing methods.
• Fluency in working with technical documentation and specifications.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills that enable effective cooperation with personnel across multiple laboratories.
• Strong technical expertise and a structured, data-driven problem-solving approach.
• English proficiency enabling everyday communication with development engineers from other countries.
• Familiarity with System Engineering methodology will be an additional advantage.
