Opis stanowiska

The Marketing Operations Specialist in EL Services Division plays a critical role in analyzing, interpreting, and connecting data across marketing and sales systems to understand lead, pipeline, and opportunity behavior across campaigns and markets at a global level.

The role is responsible for end-to-end visibility of the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, ensuring data consistency and accurate attribution across Pardot, Salesforce, and Power BI, and transforming campaign and funnel data into actionable insights that drive optimization and commercial impact.

Primary Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze campaign, asset, and funnel performance across different marketing activities and regions, using and generating Pardot, Salesforce reports, and Power BI dashboards, with a focus on lead behavior, conversion rates, channel efficiency and opportunity impact.
  • Provide insights for campaign optimization based on data. Support marketing team members and external agencies with tactical expertise, monitoring and coordinating integrated campaigns.  
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and correct data flow between Pardot and Salesforce and Power BI (lead capture, scoring, grading, lifecycle stages, opportunity linkage and attribution).      
  • Deliver campaign and funnel performance reports for marketing and sales stakeholders, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Work with the marketing Automation Specialist to Review and optimize campaign assets and automation flows on Pardot based on analysis.
  • Analyze and continuously improve the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, including lead capture, scoring, routing, lifecycle stage progression, and opportunity attribution, in close collaboration with sales teams.
  • Grow, improve and nurture our existing global database through marketing initiatives. Analyze and Improve database/data quality by taking the necessary steps. Interactions across internal team (sales, marketing and product) and external agencies Tracks actual marketing budgets against forecast and maintain an updated view of projects financial performance.

Wymagania

Education / Experience preferred

  • 5 years + of Digital marketing and lead management experience
  • Successful completion of a Business Degree  
  • This is a Global role. Experience working across markets and geographies preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in marketing data analysis and reporting on metrics across channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta...)
  • Extensive, hands-on experience with Pardot, Salesforce and PowerBI, including a deep understanding of how data is captured, synchronized, and used across systems, as well as building and interpreting Salesforce and Power BI dashboards.
  • Proficient in lead management processes.
  • Track record in performance marketing in a B2B environment 
  • Track record in setting up and coordinating multichannel integrated campaigns in a global environment, incl. complex campaign set up and execution on Pardot system (nurturing email flows, landing pages, forms, templates…)
  • Creative mindset with a focus on experimentation.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Effective communication with diverse audiences.
