We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Customer Support and Trade Compliance Senior Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, full regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of our customer and trade-related processes.
This position combines operational ownership with process development, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building efficient, scalable, and compliant processes.
Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.
