? Role Overview:

• As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational effectiveness by making an impact in the following areas of responsibility:
• Seamless Operations: Be the trusted right-hand to the Plant Director, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Calendar Mastery: Coordinate and optimize schedules for meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
• Financial Support: Manage expenses, invoices, and documentation with precision.
• Engaging Presentations: Craft compelling presentations and concise reports for decision-making.
