- Supported departmental processes that indirectly impact Philips’ med-tech products by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assisted with routine strategic, operational, and administrative tasks, working independently within set guidelines.
- Conducted research on industry trends and best practices to provide insights for ongoing projects.
- Analyzed project-related data to identify key patterns and offer actionable recommendations.
- Participated in team meetings, contributing ideas and documenting clear, accurate minutes.
- Helped prepare and present reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organized and maintained departmental files to improve accessibility and operational efficiency.

Wymagania
You're the right fit if:
- You are a student with at least two years of studies
- You possess strong communication skill and you are well-organized
- You have a strong attention to detail and analytical skills for order information completeness and correctness
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are quick to adapt and learn.
- You are available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Be fluent in English (both orally and in writing)
- Optional Dutch ; Danish ; French ; Swedish ; Finnish Language will be an asset
