Opis stanowiska
The Order Management Scheduling role focuses on PH product allocation to customer orders, ensuring full and timely fulfillment in line with client expectations.
Your role:
- Ensure optimal allocation of products to customer orders, prioritizing complete fulfillment.
- Work extensively with SAP and Excel reports generated from SAP data.
- Manage orders for retail clients across multiple European markets
- Processing order activities in SAP and other supporting applications
- Handling all activities related to order intake, order processing, product and pricing information, warehouse communication
- Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
- Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines
Wymagania
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience
- Experience within Order Management
- Knowledge of logistics / supply chain nice to have
- Very good level of English
- Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, Proactive
