Your role:
- Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools
- Looking for standardized methods for operational excellence through projects and improvements. Identify team issues and drive solutions, involving the right stakeholders
- Being responsible for the end-to-end process of all types of Sales orders, from order intake to sales recognition
- Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Demand Planners, Supply Chain BPs, Warehouse team, and Carriers)
Wymagania
You're the right fit if you have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Order management, Logistics, or Customer Service
- University degree
- English at B2 level and French at C1 level
- Experience in working with SAP and proficient Excel skills (it’s a must)
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Cultural awareness and proactive behavior
- You are an open-minded person and a team player with strong communication skills
