The role of P2D Coordinator, will be responsible for select back office administrative & coordinative activities in support of the Indirect Spend organization. The role will support the OPEX and CAPEX purchasing activities for the manufacturing facilities. Key activities include: managing critical operational activities as part of Purchase to Deliver process; as well as, coordinating supplier related activities (i.e. contract monitoring, onboarding, and ongoing evaluation), and spend analytics for the Indirect Spend organization. The position will also be responsible for maintaining operational SLAs and KPIs as defined, and will ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing process improvement, customer service/stakeholder management, and in the reinforcement of Barry Callebaut’s core values.  

Key responsibilities:

P2D Coordinator, Indirect Spend will work directly with both Barry Callebaut stakeholders (CSD) and the Indirect Spend teams, and will focus on key operational activities in support of the Purchase to Deliver process. Position reports directly to the GBS Functional Manager in Zurich, Switzerland.

Source-to-Contract

• Monitor existing contracts in terms of e.g. contract duration

Purchasing Support

• Manage purchase order process from sending out to suppliers and follow-up activities (e.g. monitoring)
• Complaint management (e.g. -conformance – delivery)

Supplier Lifecycle Management

• Manage onboarding process of new suppliers and support in supplier performance evaluation (e.g. segmentation, development)

Others

• Perform spend analysis and provide local teams with demanded information

• College degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting
• 2-3 Experience in similar role (Food, CPG, or OTHER manufacturing company preferred)
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) required
• Fluent in French, German and Dutch
• Experience with MRP and ERP systems (i.e. Oracle, Maximo, SAP)
• Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PPT) 
• Digital Office and administrative support experience
• Data Gathering and database creation experience
