Opis stanowiska
- Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Release Owner, Product Owners and Architects
- Ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and well understood by a R&D
- Setting objectives and removing obstacles to drive the team towards successful outcomes
- Own and manage the team backlog, define priorities and establish clear acceptance criteria
- Deliver technical solutions that drive both the product and business outcomes
Wymagania
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5+ years of professional experience in the same or similar role
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful software delivery Proficiency in Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience in technical solutions to realize products and business outcomes Personal interest in the latest software technologies related to IIoT, containerization, microservices
- Team player, fast learner and trend follower, willing to work in a team
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English
