Opis stanowiska
Coordinate the work of the team, delegate tasks and supervise their implementation.
• Supporting the production operations manager in making resource decisions based on production load forecasts, technical capabilities and risk analysis. • Collaborate with the department manager on the topic of employee development and motivation. Participate in the resource planning process, participate in recruitment and training of new employees.
• Close control and reporting of order execution for the System Drives area.
• Collaborate with other areas, especially production, purchasing and customer service.
• Active participation in planning development tools/processes in accordance with the Lean approach.
• Manage projects in the System Drives production planning area and implement modern methods and tools related to production planning and order processing management.
• WIP inventory optimization for System Drives.
Wymagania
- Ability to manage own and team time, set priorities.
- Goal-oriented, highly developed analytical skills, analyzing resource requirements and supporting various scenarios.
- Higher technical education, at least 4-5 years of experience in production planning, experience in team management is welcome.
- Good knowledge of SAP (PP, MM, SD module), knowledge of planning strategies (MTO, MTS, ATO).
- Experience in implementing Lean philosophy in the area of production planning, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of tools welcome: MS Access, VBA.
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under time pressure and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicativeness and ability to work in a team.
