• Create, plan and implement the sales strategy and strategic business development initiatives for the ABB Motion business in Poland, as well as budget and efficiency targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers on a senior level to ensure superior customer experience
. • Ensuring the development of financial and business performance targets in line with Global Motion and Divisions’ Strategy as well as ensuring the achievement through developing and executing plans.
• Engaging and retaining our Motion talents together with lifting the team competencies in both leadership and business/sales/market areas (upskilling, reskilling & talent acquisition).
• Ensuring a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement process, and integrity performance.
• Representing the ABB values and following group standards. • Promotes and enables collaboration across countries, divisions, business areas, and teams to maximize results for ABB.
