Opis stanowiska
• Take ownership of project execution from Order Intake until End of Warranty of delivered products/packages. Ensures efficient and correct order execution.
• Ensures high customer satisfaction, presenting constant high customer focus.
• Acts as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Performs tasks independently and is able to teach others.
• Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow.
• Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. Perform order handling activities e.g. logistics, invoicing etc.
• Prepares complete project documents in own area of expertise.
• Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed.
Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or above (Higher education in engineering will be an asset).
- Project management experience (at least 5 years) in execution of small to medium-size projects (preferably order execution, power industry environment).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies: Knowledge of various methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2. Ability to flexibly change during project implementation.
- Experience in direct work with customers and suppliers.
- Good command of English language enabling daily communication. Polish language will be an asset.
- Knowledge of transport management as well as Tax and Export compliance will be an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP system. Knowledge of PLM Windchill is advantage.
- Very good communication skills, strong results orientation and self-organizing.
