The HR CoE Support analyst delivers transactional and administrative HR support for activities that can be leveraged within a region.
Wymagania
Accountabilities: Guard quality of employee data for the company’s reporting needs Process HR transactions and inquiries which include benefits, Global Mobility, reporting, Job Gradings, Fleet Management, invoices, recruitment, Training, Talent Management and data maintenance among others. Support local HR departments; Handling of all incoming ad hoc requests and cases Provide regional recruitment and Learning & Development support and execute learning and development program Organize Regional HR meetings & European works-council Follow up & reporting of yearly HR processes
Requirements: professional education; min. 2 years of professional experience in an international environment; experience in the field of HR - welcome; very good knowledge of English; very good organizational and analytical skills; excellent interpersonal skills; good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & powerpoint).
