Opis stanowiska
The R&D Administrator supports the Technical Lifecycle function in-scope under the guidance of the R&D Technical Lifecycle Manager/Specialist. Supports the process of generating reports, maintenance of recipes, and other documentation. Furthermore, he/she facilitates the knowledge exchange between Master Data and other R&D functions.
The R&D Administrator gets guidance and support from the R&D Technical Lifecycle Manager/Specialist on more complex, ad hoc requests, and issues executing his duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle requests for material creations for a set of selected scenarios linked to the R&D NPI process.
- Pick-up ID-card reviewed by Applied R&D.
- Complete further ID-card and project for the incoming request.
- Fill in the creation form (R&D tool) in an accurate way taking into account data in SAP, Salesforce, and internal rules.
- Follow up on the items for approval on PM (if required) and Master Data creation.
- Do regular reporting on open items and take actions where required.
- Update project-related information in Salesforce.
- Communicates (phone, emailing, chatter) with Sales/Customer R&D/Product Experts regarding timings of material creations.
Wymagania
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a science or administration-related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Accuracy and diligence.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in R&D, Master Data, Administration, and QA is a plus.
- Excel knowledge.
