We are now looking for a Process Specialist/Process Officer with Norwegian language to join Debt Collection Services unit within Credit Services.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Debt Collection PL 2 team. We add value by performing operational procedures connected with various banking products and procedures offered to our customer. We want our customers to experience that we are easy to deal with, relevant, competent, ethical and courageously innovative to exceed their expectations. As the Process Officer/Specialist with Norwegian Language, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering banking services to the Nordea’s customers in Finland according to the highest standards in efficiency, quality and timeliness and Finnish law regulations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Updating, supervising and approving data in banking systems and applications in accordance with the procedures and regulations
  • Working with internal applications and procedures to meet customers ever-changing needs, as well as working with methodologies that help improve our way of working, to be more effective and productive in our tasks
  • Collaborating across borders with colleagues in Scandinavian countries
  • Developing yourself by learning different tasks connected with the daily banking services
  • Helping continuously improve process routines with new ideas and inputs

You’ll join a Debt Collection PL2 team. The role is based in Łódź; Gdańsk; Warszawa.

Your experience and background: 

  • Graduated at least Secondary School (Leaving Cert)
  • English on communicative level (B2)
  • Norwegian on communicative level (B2 or higher)
  • Advanced working skills in MS Office tools
  • Experience working in an international team spread across multiple countries
  • Analytical mindset, high attention to details, positive drive and can-do attitude
  • Strong ownership of own work and team’s performance
  • Flexible approach towards changes and experience in delivering improvements as a part of a team
  • Experience working in banks or financial institutions would be an asset
