We are currently looking for a Failure Analysis and Reliability Engineer specialized in Medium Voltage Drives to join our passionate and growing drive Quality & Reliability team in Aleksandrów Łódzki, Poland.
Our mission is to assure superb quality and reliability for our products. We do that by analyzing each and every failed part, uncovering the failure causes through hardware and data analysis and proposing solutions to make each drive that leaves our factory better than the one before.
We collaborate daily in a global environment and work closely with the respective research & development, product engineering, customer support, supplier chain and production functions.
