Opis stanowiska
- Manage the receipt of allegations via the company business ethics helpline, email, the management or another source
- Ensure proper triage (categorization and assignment) of reported concerns
- Conduct review of cases before closure to ensure consistency with EL Investigation procedures and investigative requirements
- Otherwise maintains the ABB case management system for EL, including access rights, changes to data fields, etc.
- Support preparing quarterly cases reports;
- Generate status and information reports to senior management at the request of IIM leadership and on an ad hoc basis
- Otherwise support EL leadership on data requests and analysis of matters in the case management system
Wymagania
- University degree in Law or Accounting
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the field
- Independent personal character and a strong sense of integrity
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- High level of attention to detail, highly organized
- Good understanding of IT tools and flexibility and interest in learning new systems
- Fluency (or native tongue) in English required, additional languages a bonus
