The Global Supplier Quality Auditing Manager is responsible for leading and managing the supplier quality audit program for the company. This includes developing and implementing audit plans, schedules, and procedures, as well as training and managing a team of auditors. The manager will also be responsible for identifying and assessing supplier quality risks, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate those risks.
Key responsibilities include
- Develop and implement a global supplier quality audit program
- Train and manage a team of auditors
- Identify and assess supplier quality risks
- Implement corrective actions to mitigate supplier quality risks
- Develop and maintain applicable supplier quality metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier audit performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Wymagania
- You obtained a Master degree in food engineering or a related field
- Certified GFSI auditor (past or active)
- Language: fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages is a strong asset (French, Spanish...)
- Digital capabilities: excel, word, working experience with SAP and Salesforce an asset
