The Manager Group FP&A is an excellent learning and interaction opportunity with top Business Leaders in the market leader of the industry. The Group FP&A Team consist of several parts: Performance Management and Strategic Planning, Corporate Functions Business Partnering, Global Governance & Reporting Excellence. To strengthen both our Performance Management and Strategic Planning, we are looking for an experienced, all rounded Group FP&A Manager, based in Łódź, Poland. This strategic position reports to the Group FP&A Director. You will be providing Group CEO/ CFO, Senior Management teams with high quality financial and non-financial analytics for tactical planning, strategic initiatives and decision making.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the strategic planning and decision-making at the Group level by providing timely, meaningful analysis which are steered towards the organization’s overall vision and business objectives. This shall include both financial and non-financial KPIs surrounding working capital and free cash flow;
  • Gatekeeper of the overall performance of the operations and business; raising alarms when KPIs are not on-track and providing recommendations for remediation and future precautionary measures;
  • Tightening the existing financial and analytical processes by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, explaining processes and techniques, providing trends and forecasts, recommending actions to internal stakeholders;
  • Identifying opportunities and risks by performing forecast as required, comparing financial results against forecasts and market benchmarks;
  • Developing a broad-based business intelligence and a solid relationship with Corporate Treasury, Regional FP&A Teams and other functions to steer all forward-looking processes (Mid-Term Plan, Annual Budget, Forecasts);
  • Collaborating with various internal stakeholders on providing financial analysis on a regular/ad hoc basis.

Wymagania

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Economics;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite especially with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with data query/ data management tools extremely helpful (SAP BW, BO);
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis in a multinational environment, preferably in commodities, manufacturing or FMCG;
  • Strong understanding of balance sheet and financial ratios;
  • Able to prepare detailed complex analysis and financial models with high level of precision;
  • Excellent analytical skills with good business acumen;
  • Proven track record for managing complexity;
  • Experience with financial consolidation at a regional and/or group level is a plus;
  • Capable of distinguishing key elements in an intricate environment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to articulate with excellent verbal & written English;
  • Able to connect and build relationships with staff from various departments & levels, including top executives;
  • Self-starter with the ability to think out of the box and striving for continuous improvement;
  • Able to provide both realistic recommendations and successfully see through initiatives to the end;
  • Enjoys working in a fast-pace, dynamic environment.
