Opis stanowiska

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for running end-to-end recruitment processes across the recruitment cycle including, kick-off with hiring managers, job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling and participating, as well as ensuring quality data input and administration of our applicant tracking tool. You will also support and take part in the internal and external employer branding activities together with the whole TA team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Run end-to-end recruitment projects for the SSC and the Factory (white collars, all levels of seniority).
  • Responsible for the recruitment process for Interns.
  • Act as the communication liaison between the applicant and hiring manager regarding status issues/updates as required.
  • Support and actively participate in internal and external employer branding activities (budget, planning & execution).
  • Prepare reports and presentations in the field of the recruitment process.
  • Prepare market analysis if required.
  • Cooperation with Recruitment Agencies, Career Offices, Universities, City Council, etc.
  • Participate in the internal HR projects.

Wymagania

  • 2+ years of experience in the recruitment area, preferably in a recruitment agency or SSC/BPO sector.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in the LinkedIn sourcing process.
  • Knowledge of the local labor market.
  • Knowledge of SAP Success Factors will be a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of HR (e.g. HRM, Psychology, Sociology).
  • Strong communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effectiveness in action (goal-oriented).
  • Independence at work.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office / G-Suite package.
