We are searching for an experienced candidate to join our HR team as the Global Head of People Analytics.  Reporting into the VP of HR Services, Digital and Analytics and working closely with senior leaders, HR CoE’s and HR BP’s in a dynamic and growing company, you will be responsible for deriving actionable insights from data to recommend and implement better ways of attracting, developing and retaining talent, informing sound business decisions. This role will be part of a newly formed HR Services leadership team and will be integral to supporting our Winning with People strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Development and execution of the strategic vision and roadmap across the HR portfolio for people data, reporting, workforce/people analytics and insights, scorecards, employee survey insights, diversity, equity & inclusion insights and predictive human capital models
  • Responsible for driving better hiring, retention and employee productivity outcomes through the delivery of analytical insights and products
  • Build and manage strong relationships across HR and business leaders to establish and continuously align priorities for the delivery of on-demand and recurring content and consulting services
  • Manage end to end workforce planning and identify and implement improvements
  • Research and identify external benchmarks and key global talent trends in order to enrich findings and deliver actionable insights
  • Provide coaching, direction and development opportunities to a team of analysts to help build business knowledge, analytical capabilities and instill best practices
  • Leverage proven tools and practices to deliver insights consistently, accurately and efficiently to senior leadership and business partners

Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 10+ years of related work experience in roles requiring data quantitative analysis, reporting, data stewardship, data-driven analytics and decision making
  • Proven track record of effectively solving business challenges
  • Solid expertise in design and delivery of talent analytics, providing meaningful organizational and people insights which include dashboards and analytics reports and employee surveys
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to distill and visualize complex data into relevant, actionable insights for HR and business leaders
  • Knowledge of data governance practices and other data-related government regulatory requirements
  • Strong understanding of leading HR technology products, tools and solutions
  • Track record of building strong and trusted relationships with HR leaders and stakeholders
  • Ability to make strategic decisions, prioritize and navigate ambiguity
  • Strategic thinking combined with good tactical planning and execution on the ground
  • Proven experience leading people & teams with a complex set of deliverables
  • Business fluency in English
