Opis stanowiska

As a result of dynamic growth of our organization we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Assistant Project Manager to join ABB team based in Aleksandrów Łódzki. The person employed as Assistant Project Manager will support Project Managers in the coordination, management and execution of projects.

Sales Support Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Conducting analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
  • Preparing materials for, and assisting in project reviews.
  • Updating project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in SAP or other project controls systems.
  • Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Manager or Project Engineer and procedures agreed with the customer.
  • Supporting Project Managers in order booking activities; Assisting the project team in preparation of the project document list.
  • Accurately monitoring costs and project cash flow.
  • Maintaining detailed estimate to complete and estimate at completion forecast, analyzing variances by using earned value management techniques and advising project management on any cost and cash flow issues arising.
  • Performing regular monthly project administrative tasks.
  • Keeping track of project schedule, following up on progress with internal and external suppliers by analysing their progress reports.

Wymagania

  • University degree - preferably technical.
  • Previous administrative work experience.
  • Project coordination experience and interest in developing career as Project Manager would be nice to have.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, experience in working with SAP would be a plus.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Teamwork, collaboration and good communication skills.
  • Personality with analytical and methodical approach.
  • Ability to work independently and attention to details.
