Opis stanowiska

In this role you will be a strategic and operational lead of the global internal communications for the Motion Services (MOSE) division with the objective to define, develop and implement high quality internal communication plans to support the division strategy and the delivery of business priorities.

You will also be a communications lead, both strategic and operational, for all divisional special projects, such as but not limited to Mergers& Acquisitions and/or Capital Market Days, covering both external and internal tactics needed for those projects. When needed provide counseling to our local communications teams for our local divisional mergers & acquisitions projects.

This role is open globally, but location is set in ABB offices in Romania, UK or Poland.

Your responsibilities

  • Accountable for developing and implementing the annual internal communications plan according to the division strategy. Responsible for developing and implementing high quality internal communication plans to support the ongoing business priorities
  • Communications lead responsible for leading and executing all internal and external tactics needed for divisional special projects, including but not limited to divisional mergers& acquisitions, Capital Market Days, etc. Counsel and guide our local communications teams for all local divisional mergers & acquisitions projects
  • Create, coordinate and implement the annual internal editorial calendar according to the division strategy and tactical business needs in line with the overall division direction. Process owner for input collection, writing, editing, and approval process for all internal communications content such as articles/stories, interviews and scripts, videos, news and other initiatives
  • Provide communications advice and support to our internal stakeholders. Identifies, interacts with, and guides relevant stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives – and external when part of the project scope
  • Define, develop and manage relevant internal communication channels to ensure effective messaging and to maximize communication coverage. Innovation leader for internal communication processes and channels
  • Develop and monitor relevant KPIs to track the effectiveness of the implemented tactics and channels and to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance to Motion directives and instructions related to internal communications. Engages and collaborates with regions/countries for regional/country specific internal communications (e.g. internal announcements, global internal campaigns, etc.)

Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications and mergers and acquisitions projects
  • Experience and analytical competence with communication metrics, measurement and KPIs.
  • Excellent knowledge of English with a clear ability to write a press release or web story with a short briefing in a couple of hours
  • Self-motivated with strong capability for independent direction and decision-making
  • Strategic thinking and planning, able to manage several projects in parallel
  • Ability to engage and work with a range of senior business leaders and stakeholders creating an effective network
