Key responsibilities:

  • As a Demand Planner Analyst, you play a key role in the background of the Demand Planner universe.
  • You have a clear understanding of the data flows and interfaces and manage the execution with a strong eye for detail.
  • You assist the demand planner who is in direct contact with the customer with preparing accurate data files, help with presentations in background.
  • You support the demand planner through the monthly consensus process to secure stability.
  • You produce monthly KPI’s and gather key insights for improvement.
  • You refresh weekly dashboards and distribute to wider organization.
  • You support with the technical/master data set up.
  • You maintain a data repository linking internal vs external product references.

Wymagania

  • Degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain, economics, finance or similar.
  • 2-3 yrs’ experience in Supply Chain or data management.
  • System & digital savviness (MS Excel - advanced, Powerquery). PowerBI - will be an asset.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, APO, BW reporting) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Positive and agile mindset, looking for continuous improvement embracing change.
  • Strong attention to details, curious to understand how things work in background, prevent errors from happening again (problem solving)
  • Strong analytics, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work in virtual teams and cross-functional teams.
